Great location, excellent view from this well appointed and well cared for unit on Ft. Myers Beach.This unit shows better in person than on VRBO website. Extremely well cared for with updated quality tile floor throughout, including updated bathroom, large newly tiled shower, granite counter tops throughout, flat screen TVs. Even small details that we pay attention to such as a wonderful up to date shower head, an updated sliding glass door that slides properly, vertical blinds that all work properly, and an updated A/C system. All very tastefully decorated and not overdone. A great place to stay especially for a couple, and all with an outstanding view. We had stayed at EB&TC in the past but this unit was far superior. And to top it off, we had the most spectacular view of at least 10 4th of July fireworks displays from the lanai-spanning from the Wyndham all the way to Captiva. We highly recommend this unit.

There is a $150.00 departure cleaning fee (that we collect on behalf of our cleaning crew), and 11.5% tax (that we collect on behalf of the state of Florida and Lee county) added to all bookings. There is a holding deposit (that will become a refundable damage deposit upon your arrival at our home) that will be returned after a successful departure cleaning/inventory.

The price you get quoted for a specific week might be slightly lower or higher that what is given above due to the factors mentioned at the top of the page, but you can rest assured that we will automatically give you the best possible rate that we can for the dates you request.
